===Primary Science Lab===

The group jogged into the lab, as if by a phantom motion showed their appearance, the three biosignatures flashed into existence and were slammed against the lab's physicality. Ilyas was unconscious up against another man who'd clearly put himself between the Horn boy and the direction they were clearly thrown.

The man protecting Ilyas was unconscious as well and his back against the central console that the Beacon was floating in a containment field. It was glowing too. The man was slowly coming to. While the third was a man up against the far wall further into the lab, also coming back to wakefulness.

It seemed Ilyas may take longer to wake but he did seem unharmed. Abrasax let Commander Horn enter first but he was watching the glowing Beacon as he followed the father in.

Peter ran forward, crouching so he could take his unconscious son in his arms. On first physical inspection, the boy seemed to be intact despite the physical stress of being moved across decades within several days. "Ilyas wake up," Peter whispered, gently placing his left hand across key points on the child's face. He closed his eyes as he briefly sent his own mind forth to connect with his son's, as he has done a great many times already in the past eleven years.

Within seconds, he removed his hand and watched the child anxiously. "Doctor, he is not responding," he observed, "his mind is intact, but he is not waking up."

Hiro look from Ilyas to Vaaet. “Doctor?” Then he moved to give him some room. Turning to Abrasax he said, “It appears we have unexpected guests. Could that be a side effect of the Tachyon pulse?”

"Like the Doctor said earlier, physiological shock. Displacement across two decades is rarely gentle on organic tissue." Abrasax echoed Vaaet's assessment of what they would see. "Tachyons merely facilitated their return as a bridge, though I have a feeling it might have been the Beacon that brought them back." He gestured to how they looked. "By what we just saw, I'm certain of it. The tachyon bridge allowed the Beacon to transport them back to it at no expense unlike it sent Ilyas back in time on its already stored power."

Before he did anything, he added. "I'd say yes to it being a pulse side effect," Abrasax answered with a nod and went to the man at the wall and lay a hand on his shoulder. The man groaned and slowly opened his eyes.

Once the man focused he was about to move as Abrasax could feel the start of his muscles flex. "You will hurt yourself if you move, sir, I am Lieutenant Junior Grade Abrasax of the Federation starbase Deep Space 21. You have just traveled through time, and space, to your future."

The man did test his body and groaned again, he nodded slowly accepting Abrasax's warning. "I see," he crocked. "I am Turk Samax. Are the others okay?" He asked a little more firmly and attempted to see around Abrasax without moving.

"They aren't dead, that's for sure." Abrasax replied, "welcome aboard Mister Samax. Please be patient as our doctor is currently checking out the other two."

Turk closed his eyes. "I need a rest anyway," he replied with amusement.

Abrasax slowly turned enough to look back at Vaaet, Ilyas, the other man, Peter and Hiro while he kept his hand on Turk's shoulder. "Indeed," he agreed.

"He's not responding because his central nervous system has experienced an acute neuro-synaptic overload," Vaaet reported smoothly as he ignored the emotional turmoil around himself. He analyzed the readings carefully, the blue light of the Tricorder sweeping over the boy’s chest and head as he worked. "The temporal transition destabilized his neurotransmitters. His mind is intact, but his brain has entered an involuntary protective stasis to prevent severe neural shock." Vaaet flipped open his medical kit, retrieving a hypospray with practiced ease. "I am administering two milligrams of lectrazine to stabilize his synaptic decay. He needs moved to the Infirmary immediately."

Peter nodded. Despite having been married to a nurse for over two decades, the majority of medical jargon was still well beyond him. "I will take him," he said, still cradling the unconscious child in his arms. "Computer, two to transport directly to sickbay."

After a blueish sparkling haze enveloped Peter and his son and took them away, Hiro crouched down beside the other man. "He's still out." he said after checking his pulse. He then checked the beacon. "It looks like the beacon went dormant. All activity is gone."

"I would surmise its because he is younger than these two." Abrasax reasoned about Ilyas not waking up. He arched an eyebrow. "I bet we can walk these two to the Infirmary, after a brief rest."

The other man opened his eyes slowly and when he realised that Ilyas wasn't against him he attempted to move but wasn't quite able to. He groaned loudly. "Where's Ilyas?" He croaked.

"Don't worry. Ilyas is already in the infirmary with his father." Hiro crouched down once more his and extended his hand. "Which is where we should bring you and your friend as well."

Turk groaned again from where he slowly corrected his position to sit up better.

"Ah, that is a good idea," the man said. "I'm Davin Strix," he added.

“Commander Hiro Sommers-Yoshida. Commanding Officer of this station.” Hiro answered in response. “Take it easy. Looks like you all had a bit of a rough ride.”

Davin nodded, Abrasax helped Turk to his feet and Davin requested help from Hiro and Vaaet. The group made their way to the Infirmary.
